Mexican Liberty Cap
Di-nize, the Mexican Liberty Cap
Mexican liberty cap. Psilocybe Mexicana has been around a while. He’s familiarly called ‘nize’ or ‘di-nize’, both stemming from the indigenous Mazatec language of Southern Mexico.
The Mexicana’s ‘A’ strain is known for being legendary. It’s unique, and was literally called ‘the god mushroom’ by the Aztecs. It was used at spiritual ceremonies and even in diplomatic meetings between ancient leaders – you can imagine everyone got along just fine once this little guy was involved
He may be tiny, but this Mexican Liberty Cap packs a punch. He’s intense, and should only be taken in smaller doses. He’s petite, but if you choose him as your mushie friend, you’re in for a wild ride. Things start shimmering around you. Your arms and legs start buzzing with energy; you can’t stop smiling. Images will move and things won’t stay still for long – it’s only just beginning! Floating shapes and patterns begin to appear. You feel warm, watching the visuals blend around you. Your body seems to melt away from your surroundings. You’re glowing, giggling. The happiest you’ve ever been. Everything has meaning, and you’re starting to find it. Everywhere.
