The direct exposure to the sun will speed up the drying process and will not damage the mushrooms or truffles. The silica gel is placed in an airtight container, such as Tupperware, together with the pulp. However, care should be taken to ensure that the silica gel does not directly contact the baby fruit. For this purpose, it is advisable to place some partition in the box. Then close the lid and seal the container. From this point on you need to use your own judgement. Check the brood regularly.
